Cancellation, Reschedule, No Show Policy and Special Terms & Conditions

  1. If booking is cancelled within 48 hours from delivery time, then there is no refund.
  2. If booking is cancelled 48 hours in advance from delivery time, then there will be a half price refund. For cancellation, please contact +606 – 763 4939.
  3. Reschedule within 168 hours (7 days) from delivery time will not be accepted with no refund.
  4. Reschedule 168 hours (7 days) in advance from delivery time is accepted with a fees of RM 40. For reschedule, please contact +606 – 763 4939.
  5. Prior to payment, user able to select delivery date and time based on availability (no less than 48 hours).
  6. If service cannot be delivered due to no access to enter the premises to perform service (no show), then the service provider shall wait for a maximum of half an hour before he leaves. A phone call to the service purchaser and a snapshot in front of the premises will be taken as proof of service delivery with no refund.
  7. Change of registered address for service delivery is not accepted with no refund.
  8. If service is not able to be performed due to object obstruction, non-compliance to standard operations procedure or non-compliance to health & safety requirements inclusive but not limited to a maximum height of 30 feet ladder, then there is no refund.
  9. If the air conditioner is found not in functioning conditions before the service is performed, then the service will still be performed and delivered with the price charged with no refund. In this event, customer could choose for repair service.
  10. The warranty of 30 days workmanship guaranteed is subject to waiver in the event of non-compliance of air conditioner installation method.
  11. Workmanship guarantee does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care or cleaning , non-compliance usage or negligence.
  12. While we will do all we can to ensure that your service is delivered to you on time, we are unable to guarantee that all services will be delivered within stipulated time frame. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we shall not be held liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
  13. Gas refill is subject to air cond has no problems such as, gas leakage etc.
  14. Repair jobs are limited to Daikin (York) and Acson only. Other brands are subject to spare parts availability and quotation will be provided within 24 hours.
  15. Price quoted for repair service is limit to 1 – 3 HP only. If above 3 HP, price is subject to be quoted separately.
  16. If wrong type of air conditioner service package selected (eg. wall mounted or ceiling cassette), then it is sole discretion of service provider to perform service for the correct type of air cond.
  17. Please ensure you have applied work permit if required prior to service date to avoid any delay.
  18. In the event booking received for location which service is not available as stated, then the refund amount is subject to handling fees of RM 50.
  19. Gas will only be refilled if air cond gas pressure reading is more than 50 psi. If pressure less than 50 psi, gas will not be refilled due to suspect gas leaking.
  20. If refill gas is not able to be performed due to object obstruction, non-compliance to standard operations procedure or non-compliance to health & safety requirements inclusive but not limited to a maximum height of 30 feet ladder, then there is no refund.
